The BD65491FV-E2: The ROHM BD65491FV- is a fully integrated brushed DC motor driver combining control logic and DMOS power stage in a single 16-LSSOP package. It delivers 1.2 A continuous output from a load supply of 1.8 V to 16 V, covering battery-powered and regulated-rail camera applications.
Half-bridge output and temperature range
Two half-bridge outputs configure the motor for forward, reverse, and brake modes — the standard topology for bidirectional brushed DC control in compact optics and actuator modules. The junction temperature range spans -25°C to 150°C, which covers the thermal extremes inside a sealed camera housing or near a warm lens barrel without needing external heatsinking at 1.2 A.
