The BD63524AEFV-E2: The BD63524AEFV- is a fully integrated bipolar stepper motor driver with the control and power stage on a single die — no external FETs or gate-drive components needed. Four half-bridge outputs drive the two stator windings, and the DMOS output stage delivers a continuous 2.5 A per winding. The 8 V to 28 V supply range covers both the motor voltage and the internal logic rail from the same pin. For a 24 V nominal bus, the part has 4 V of headroom above the motor's back-EMF ceiling at rated speed — enough to hold current regulation without dropping into dropout.
