The BD6211F-E2: The BD6211F-: The ROHM BD6211F- is a fully integrated brushed DC motor driver that packs both the control logic and the power MOSFET stage into a single 8-SOIC surface-mount package. It drives one brushed DC motor bidirectionally using two half-bridge outputs, each rated for 1 A continuous.
1 A output and half-bridge configuration
The 1 A continuous output per channel is the headline number for BOM sizing. If your brushed DC motor stalls at 800 mA or runs at 600 mA nominal, this part holds margin without needing a heatsink in most layouts. The half-bridge (2) output means you get two totem-pole stages — connect the motor across OUT1 and OUT2, toggle the On/Off interface to reverse direction or brake. It is not a full-bridge (H-bridge) for bipolar steppers; it is a dual half-bridge for a single bidirectional brushed motor.
