The BD52E32G-MTR is a single-channel voltage detector from ROHM's automotive BD52Exxx-M series, monitoring a 3.2V supply rail and asserting a reset when the voltage drops below that threshold. The active-low, open-drain output lets you pull the reset signal to any voltage up to the absolute maximum of the output transistor, which is useful when the supervisor runs on a different rail than the monitored supply.
