Dual-channel voltage monitoring in a compact SOT-23-6
The BD48W00G-CTR is a dual-output voltage detector from ROHM Semiconductor, monitoring two independent voltage rails with a single IC. Its open-drain or open-collector output allows wired-OR connections in supervisory circuits, and the adjustable threshold per channel lets you set trip points for different supply voltages without external dividers.
Package and board-fit for space-constrained designs
Housed in a SOT-23-6 package (also supplied as 6-SSOP), the device occupies minimal PCB area. The open-drain output requires a pull-up resistor to the monitored rail or to a separate supply — the datasheet's recommended resistor range (typically 10 kΩ to 100 kΩ) balances rise time against quiescent current. For the dual-channel variant, each output has its own pull-up, so the two channels operate independently.
Active lifecycle and compliance posture
No pin-compatible second source is recorded on this line — the dual-output adjustable-threshold combination is specific to this ROHM device.
