2.7V rail watchdog in a SOT-753 package
The ROHM BD46271G-TR is a single-channel voltage detector from the BD46xxx series, designed to monitor a 2.7V supply rail and assert a reset signal when the voltage drops below that threshold. The reset output is active-low and push-pull, meaning it drives the reset line low on fault and high on recovery without needing an external pull-up resistor. A minimum reset timeout of 90ms holds the system in reset long enough for the supply to stabilise after power-up or a brown-out event.

The SOT-753 (SC-74A) package is a compact 5-pin surface-mount footprint, also designated as 5-SSOP by ROHM. It mounts directly on the PCB without a thermal pad, suited for low-power supervisory circuits where board space is tight.
