The BD30IC0WEFJ-E2: The BD30IC0WEFJ- is a positive fixed-output LDO from ROHM, delivering a regulated 3 V rail at up to 1 A from a 5.5 V maximum input.
Dropout and quiescent draw
Quiescent current is 0.25 mA typical, with a maximum supply current of 500 µA; the enable pin (active-high) can shut the regulator down to near-zero draw when the load is idle.
Protection and compliance
On-chip protection includes over-current, over-temperature, and soft-start — the soft-start limits inrush into capacitive loads at power-up.
