The BD00HA3MEFJ-LBH2: Adjustable output from 1.5 V minimum up to 7 V maximum, delivering 300 mA continuous. The max dropout is 1.2 V at full load — the input rail must stay at least 1.2 V above the set output voltage across the load range to hold regulation. Single positive regulator with Enable control — the Enable pin lets a logic-level signal gate the output without a separate pass FET.
