Protection set — over-current and over-temperature, no external supervisor needed
On-chip over-current and over-temperature protection fold back the output when the junction exceeds the safe limit or the load pulls beyond 1A. The fixed 10V output means no external resistor divider for voltage setting — the internal bandgap reference sets the rail.
