Three independent AND gates share a common supply rail, each with three inputs — a compact way to implement gating, enable, or strobe logic in a single 14-SOIC footprint.
Supply voltage and temperature grade — the operating envelope
Runs on a 2V to 6V supply, which covers both 3.3V and 5V nominal rails common in automotive ECUs. Quiescent current is max 1 µA across the supply range, so the gate's own draw is negligible in a module that stays powered in sleep mode. Output drive is 5.2 mA source and sink at rated conditions — enough to drive a downstream CMOS input or a low-current indicator, but not a relay coil without a buffer. Propagation delay is 25 ns max at 6V with a 50 pF load. In a 5V system this sets the data-rate ceiling — the gate toggles cleanly at clock speeds up to roughly 20 MHz, limited more by the output rise time into the load than by the internal logic path.
