AC/DC input optoisolator for mains sensing and industrial logic isolation

The 4170Vrms isolation rating supports reinforced insulation for 240VAC line monitoring in industrial controls, motor drives, and HVAC systems.

Parametric fit for AC-line sensing and isolated feedback

The AC/DC input stage allows the H11AA4M to couple a bipolar AC waveform directly, eliminating the need for a bridge rectifier on the primary side. Output transistor rated to 30V collector-emitter and 50 mA continuous current. Maximum Vce saturation of 400 mV keeps the on-state voltage drop low.

Housed in a 6-DIP (0.300", 7.62mm) through-hole package, the part suits legacy board layouts and prototyping; the 6-DIP footprint is industry-standard and cross-compatible with many DIP-6 optoisolators.
