7500Vpk isolation — obsolete, sourced per RFQ
The onsemi H11A2SVM is a single-channel optoisolator with a DC input and a phototransistor output that brings the base terminal out — useful when you need to bias the transistor for faster switching or lower saturation voltage. Its headline rating is 7500Vpk isolation, which means the barrier between the LED and the phototransistor is tested to that peak voltage, giving a working voltage margin for industrial or medical power supplies where transient spikes exceed the nominal rail. Parametric fit for the BOM line
Minimum current transfer ratio is 20% at 10 mA forward current — at that drive level the output transistor saturates to 400 mV max (Vce(sat)), which keeps the logic-low voltage within TTL thresholds when the collector pull-up is sized correctly. Turn-on and turn-off times are both 2 µs typical, so the part handles 100 kHz signalling without pulse-width distortion exceeding a few percent. The output transistor is rated for 30 V maximum across collector-emitter, and the LED can take up to 60 mA DC forward current continuously. Operating temperature spans -40°C to 100°C, covering industrial enclosures and outdoor telecom cabinets without derating at the high end.

Packaged in a 6-SMD gull-wing outline (6-SMD case per supplier device package), the H11A2SVM mounts flat to the PCB with the leads formed outward for visual solder-joint inspection. The 1.18 V typical forward voltage drop at the LED means a 5 V logic rail needs a series resistor in the 330–470 Ω range to set the 10 mA drive current for the rated CTR.
