The H11A2300: Typical turn-on and turn-off times are both 2 µs, which suits relay-coil driving, PLC input debouncing, and low-speed isolated communication up to about 100 kHz — not fast enough for isolated SPI or CAN, but fine for 24 V fieldbus interfaces. The -55°C to +100°C operating range covers industrial and outdoor enclosures; the 6-DIP through-hole package (0.300-inch row spacing) is hand-solderable and fits standard perfboard or socketed layouts.
