The H11A1SVM: This single-channel optocoupler delivers 4170Vrms of galvanic isolation between a DC input LED (1.18V Vf typ, 60 mA max If) and a phototransistor output (30V max Vce, 400mV max Vce sat). The 6-SMD Gull Wing package suits surface-mount assembly on boards where through-hole isolation parts won't fit the reflow profile. Minimum current transfer ratio of 50% at 10 mA forward current means the output transistor conducts at least half the input current — enough to drive a logic gate input or a small relay coil with a clean pull-up resistor. Typical turn-on and turn-off times of 2 µs each place this part in the low-speed isolation class — suitable for 24 VDC PLC digital inputs, status feedback, and relay replacement, but not for high-speed serial buses or switching power supply feedback loops.

The 6-SMD Gull Wing package is MSL-sensitive; the tube shipment protects leads during storage.
