Its 5000Vrms isolation covers reinforced insulation requirements for mains-connected equipment, while the 3A peak output current directly drives medium-power gates without an external buffer stage.

The output supply voltage range is 15V to 30V, which matches typical IGBT gate drive rails (15V on, -5V to -8V off).
