Current transfer ratio spans 40% minimum to 80% maximum at If=10 mA. The 2 µs turn-on and 3 µs turn-off times (typical) set a practical data-rate ceiling around 100 kbit/s for clean pulse transmission; the 4 µs rise and 3.5 µs fall (max) define the worst-case edge timing for the downstream receiver's input filter.
The 6-DIP package with 0.400-inch body width (10.16 mm) and 2.54 mm pin pitch is a standard through-hole footprint.
