3 MP imager with on-chip processing
The onsemi AR0331SRSC00SUCA0-DPBR is a 3-megapixel CMOS image sensor with an integrated image processor, delivering 2048 x 1536 active pixels at 30 frames per second. The 2.2 µm x 2.2 µm pixel architecture targets security, surveillance, and machine vision applications where low-light sensitivity and global shutter capability are critical.
Supply rail and temperature envelope
Operates from a 1.7 V core supply and is specified over a -30°C to 85°C ambient temperature range, covering outdoor enclosure and unheated surveillance deployments. The die is packaged in a 48-pin ILCC tray format — the ceramic LCC body handles the thermal dissipation from the sensor array and the on-chip processor without a heatsink in still air.
