The ADT7476ARQZ-REEL is a remote thermal controller from onsemi's dBCool® family, combining fan control and temperature monitoring in a single IC. Its internal topology integrates an ADC, comparator, fan speed counter, multiplexer, and register bank, all managed over an SMBus interface. The device monitors both internal and external temperature sensors across a -40°C to 125°C range with ±2.5% accuracy.
