Automotive angle sensing with AEC-Q100 and wide temperature range
The TLE5012BE5000XUMA1 is an Infineon angle sensor rated Automotive grade and AEC-Q100 qualified. It measures a full 0° to 360° continuous rotation and outputs sine/cosine signals from an integrated Wheatstone Bridge. The junction temperature range spans -40°C to 150°C, making it suitable for under-hood and transmission-mounted sensing where ambient heat exceeds standard commercial limits.
3 V supply and sine/cosine output for ECU integration
Operating from a 3 V supply, this sensor matches the 3.3 V or regulated 3 V rails common in automotive ECUs. The sine and cosine outputs allow the host microcontroller to compute angle via arctangent, with the Wheatstone Bridge architecture providing ratiometric rejection of supply noise. The external magnet is not included; the user selects a diametrically magnetized magnet that pairs with the sensor's on-chip Hall plate array.
Active production and package options
It ships in Tape & Reel (TR) or Cut Tape (CT) format in a surface-mount Gull Wing package.
