64 Mbit NOR flash for under-hood and chassis-domain ECUs
The S25FL064LABMFM013 is a 64 Mbit SPI NOR flash from Infineon's FL-L series, qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to 125°C). That temperature range covers the full under-hood and chassis-domain envelope — an engine ECU or transmission controller seeing 105°C ambient on a hot day still has margin before the part hits its ceiling. Organized as 8M x 8, it communicates over a SPI bus with Quad I/O and QPI support at up to 108 MHz clock frequency. The quad-lane read mode delivers the throughput needed for fast boot code shadowing or over-the-air firmware update transfers without wearing the internal flash.
Package and supply integration
Housed in an 8-pin SOIC (5.30 mm body width, 0.209" pitch), the part mounts to standard surface-mount pads.
