Dual-protocol radio in a compact 61-SMD module

The ESP32-H2-MINI-1U-N2 integrates a 2.4 GHz radio supporting both Bluetooth v5.3 and Zigbee protocols in a single 61-SMD module. This eliminates the need for separate radios in designs that must bridge or switch between the two stacks — think multi-protocol IoT gateways, smart-home controllers, or sensor hubs that talk to both BLE peripherals and Zigbee mesh nodes. Transmit power is rated at 18.5 dBm, which delivers a solid link budget for indoor line-of-sight ranges beyond 100 m without an external power amplifier. Receiver sensitivity at -105.5 dBm keeps the link robust even in noisy 2.4 GHz environments.

2 MB flash and industrial temperature range

On-board flash is 2 MB, enough for a combined application image and OTA update staging area when running a lightweight RTOS and the Espressif ESP-IDF or Arduino core. Supply voltage is 3 V to 3.6 V, matching common 3.3 V rails. Current consumption spans 25 mA to 29 mA in receive and 26 mA to 123 mA in transmit, depending on output power and protocol activity — budget the 123 mA peak for the 18.5 dBm TX case.
