The MAX77301AEWA+ is an active-production Smart Power Selector™ battery management IC from Maxim Integrated, designed for single-cell Lithium-Ion battery packs. It delivers a constant charge current up to 900 mA to a 4.2 V battery pack, with over-voltage fault protection built in. The control interface combines I²C and USB, allowing the system host to manage charging parameters and monitor status over a standard serial bus.
