15 MBd logic output optocoupler with AC/DC input
The TLP2761(E is a single-channel high-speed optocoupler from Toshiba that delivers 15 MBd data rate with a push-pull totem-pole output. It accepts both AC and DC input, which means it can directly sense AC mains or DC logic levels without an external bridge rectifier on the LED side.
Isolation and transient immunity for inverter environments
Rated at 5000 Vrms isolation, this part provides a reinforced barrier for motor drives, industrial PSUs, and grid-tied inverters. Propagation delay is 80 ns max for both tpLH and tpHL, with 3 ns typical rise/fall times, keeping the signal edge fidelity tight enough for 15 MBd NRZ data links.
