Single-gate buffer for low-voltage bus isolation
The Toshiba 7UL1G126FS,LF is a single-element non-inverting buffer with a 3-state output, part of the 7UL series.
The supply range from 0.9 V to 3.6 V covers the full span of modern low-voltage logic families, including 1.2 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, and 3.3 V domains. Output drive is rated at 8 mA for both high and low states, which is typical for a single-gate CMOS buffer and sufficient to drive one or two standard CMOS loads or a short PCB trace.
SOT-953 footprint — board-area critical placement
The SOT-953 package (supplier device package fSV) is an ultra-small, leadless package roughly 1.0 mm × 1.0 mm. It is suited for dense PCBs where a single gate must be placed close to the load or connector to minimise stub length. The leadless design requires a solder-paste stencil with aperture matching the pad geometry — standard SOT-953 land pattern applies.
