200 mA fixed 0.9 V LDO with 2 µA quiescent current
The Toshiba TCR2LF09,LM(CT is a single-output positive fixed LDO regulator delivering 200 mA at a fixed 0.9 V output from a maximum input of 5.5 V. Quiescent current is just 2 µA, making this part a strong fit for battery-powered or always-on circuits where the regulator's own draw must not dominate the sleep-mode budget. Maximum dropout is 1.48 V at 150 mA load — the headroom between input rail and the 0.9 V output must stay above this figure across the load range to maintain regulation.
Enable pin and overcurrent protection
An enable control pin lets the system shut down the regulator output, reducing total current draw to near-zero in standby — useful for gating power to a sensor or RF front-end. Built-in overcurrent protection limits the output current during a fault; the regulator recovers when the overload is removed, no latch required.
Housed in the SC-74A (SOT-753) surface-mount package, the SMV supplier device package occupies a small PCB footprint — suited for space-constrained designs like wearables or compact IoT modules.
Active lifecycle and sourcing
RoHS non-compliant — this variant does not carry the RoHS exemption; verify local regulatory acceptance if RoHS compliance is required.
