What this high-side switch is and why you'd pick it
The TCK22975G,LF: Slew-rate controlled switching limits inrush current during turn-on, and the reverse-current blocking feature prevents the load from back-driving the input when the supply drops out or is off.
25 mOhm Rds(on) — the number that decides your thermal budget
At 2 A continuous, 25 mOhm dissipates about 100 mW. That's manageable in the 0.80x1.2 mm WCSP package, but only if the PCB copper under the bumps can sink the heat — the datasheet's thermal resistance assumes a 2-layer board with thermal vias. If you're pulling the full 2 A in a 85°C ambient, junction temperature stays under 100°C with good layout, but check the SOA curve for pulsed loads above 2 A.
Active, RoHS3, and available through independent distribution
It's ROHS3 compliant, which covers the full RoHS exemption list plus four phthalates.
