Complementary NPN/PNP pair for automotive signal chains
The HN1B04FU-Y,LXHF packages an NPN and a PNP transistor in a single US6 (SOT-363) package, saving board space in push-pull drivers, H-bridge pre-drivers, and signal conditioning stages where a complementary pair is needed. AEC-Q101 qualification and Automotive grade mean the part is characterised and tested for under-hood and cabin environments, with controlled lot-to-lot consistency for production builds.
Transition frequency and saturation voltage for switching
The NPN side transitions at 150 MHz, the PNP at 120 MHz — fast enough for gate-drive transformers, level shifters, and low-speed switching regulators up to a few MHz. Vce saturation is specified at 250 mV max for the NPN and 300 mV max for the PNP at 10 mA base current and 100 mA collector current — a tight saturation voltage that minimises on-state power loss in the 200 mW total power budget.
