The TPS746115PQWDRBRQ1 is a single-output, positive-fixed LDO from Texas Instruments' automotive-grade portfolio, delivering 1 A continuous at a fixed 1.15 V output. Its PSRR curve starts at 53 dB at 1 kHz and rolls off to 30 dB at 1 MHz, which means it attenuates switching-regulator ripple and alternator whine across the frequency band where most automotive power-train noise lives. The 36 µA quiescent current keeps the regulator's own draw low enough for always-on battery-backed systems like body controllers or telematics units that must not drain the standby battery.
Dropout headroom and thermal budget at full load
