Six open-drain channels with wide voltage tolerance
The SN74LVC07APWR from Texas Instruments packs six independent non-inverting buffers with open-drain outputs into a 14-TSSOP package. Each channel sinks up to 24 mA, enough to drive an LED indicator, a small relay coil, or pull a logic line low without an external transistor.
1.65 V to 5.5 V supply — bridges logic families
The 1.65 V to 5.5 V supply range lets this buffer sit between a 1.8 V microcontroller and a 3.3 V or 5 V peripheral. The open-drain output pulls to ground; the pull-up resistor sets the high-level voltage, so the same chip translates any voltage up to its supply rail. Industrial temperature grade (-40°C to 125°C) means it survives the thermal cycling inside an outdoor enclosure or an engine-bay ECU. The 14-TSSOP footprint (4.40 mm width) fits tight layouts where a SOIC-14 would be too wide.
