1.35V fixed LDO — 150 mA, 2.05 µA Iq, 30 V input
The TPS709135DBVT is a fixed-output LDO from Texas Instruments delivering 1.35 V at up to 150 mA from a 30 V maximum input rail. Quiescent current is 2.05 µA typical — low enough for always-on or battery-powered circuits where the regulator's own draw must not dominate the sleep budget. PSRR measures 80 dB at 10 Hz rolling off to 52 dB at 1 kHz, which keeps low-frequency ripple from upstream switching converters out of sensitive analog or RF supply rails.
Industrial temperature range and protection set
Operating temperature spans –40°C to 125°C, suiting the part for industrial enclosures, automotive cabin modules, or outdoor telecom equipment where the ambient sees wide thermal swings. On-chip protection includes over-current, over-temperature, reverse-current, and under-voltage lockout (UVLO) — the reverse-current block is notable: it prevents the output capacitor from back-driving the input when the supply collapses faster than the load.
Package and board-fit — SOT-23-5
Supplied in an SOT-23-5 package (SC-74A), the footprint is compact enough for space-constrained designs while still hand-solderable for prototyping. The Enable pin allows the regulator to be shut down externally — tie it high for normal operation or drive it from a GPIO to sequence the 1.35 V rail on/off.
ROHS3 compliant, with no restricted substances above the threshold — suitable for EU-market builds without exemption paperwork.
