The TPS53124RGET is a dual-output synchronous buck controller from TI's D-CAP™ series, built for point-of-load regulation from 4.5V to 24V input rails. Two independent transistor-driver outputs, each with enable control, let it power separate core and I/O voltages from a single supply. The synchronous rectifier keeps efficiency high at low output voltages — a real advantage when you're dropping 12V to 1.8V or 3.3V.
