Dual 4:1 data selector in 16-SOIC
The SN74LS153NSR is a dual 4:1 multiplexer from the 74LS Schottky-clamped TTL family, selecting one of four data inputs per section under common select lines. Two independent 4:1 multiplexer circuits share the same select inputs, each driving a separate output — the part routes two 4-bit buses down to two single lines in parallel.
Housed in a 16-SOIC wide-body package (5.30 mm body width), surface-mount for automated assembly; the 1.27 mm pin pitch is compatible with standard SOIC footprints. Available in tape-and-reel or cut-tape options for prototyping or volume reflow.
