Single-bit inverting buffer for low-voltage buses
The SN74AUC1G240DBVR is a single-bit inverting buffer with 3-state output from Texas Instruments' 74AUC family, designed for 0.8V to 2.7V supply rails — the sub-1V floor makes it a fit for the latest low-power SoC and FPGA I/O banks where traditional 1.8V logic would overdrive the input.
