Single inverter for mixed-voltage sensor interfaces

Maximum propagation delay is 7 ns at 5V supply with a 50 pF load. This sets the signal path latency for a single gate. Input logic thresholds scale with supply: low level is 0.3V to 1.1V, high level is 1.7V to 4.4V. At 3.3V operation, a 1.8V logic-high from a low-voltage sensor is still above the 1.7V threshold, so the inverter recognizes it correctly.
