Device identity and package
The LPV321M7X-NS is a single-circuit general-purpose operational amplifier from Texas Instruments, supplied in a 5-lead SC-70-5 (SOT-353) package. The rail-to-rail output stage allows the signal swing to reach both supply rails, which simplifies the interface to single-supply ADCs or comparators without an external level shift.
Parametric limits for signal-chain fit
Gain bandwidth product is 152 kHz with a slew rate of 0.1 V/µs — this combination sets the large-signal bandwidth ceiling. For a 1 V peak-to-peak output, the full-power bandwidth is roughly 16 kHz; above that the output slew-rate limits the undistorted swing. The 9 µA supply current per channel makes this part suitable for battery-powered or loop-powered sensor interfaces where quiescent draw is the primary constraint. For a 10 kΩ source impedance the offset error from bias current is 20 µV, negligible relative to the 1.5 mV offset.
Supply and temperature envelope
Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C, which covers industrial ambient environments but not extended automotive under-hood conditions.
