The LMV1032UPX-06/NOPB is a Class AB amplifier designed for 3-wire electret microphone interfaces, packaged in a 4-DSBGA (0.9 x 0.9 mm typical) that sits directly on the PCB without a socket.
The 1.7 V minimum supply means the amplifier stays alive during battery discharge down to the cutoff voltage of most Li-ion protection circuits — no brownout reset on the audio path.
