What the 2.16 GHz PLL clock conditioner brings to the board
The Texas Instruments LMK04033BISQE/NOPB is a single-circuit PLL-based clock conditioner that accepts LVCMOS, LVDS, or LVPECL inputs and delivers up to six outputs in LVCMOS, LVDS, 2VPECL, or LVPECL formats. Its 2.16 GHz maximum frequency targets high-speed data converter clocking, FPGA reference distribution, and communications line-card timing where jitter cleanup and frequency synthesis are required. The 2:6 input-to-output ratio means you can fan out a clean reference to multiple destinations without adding separate clock buffers.
Supply and temperature — the operating envelope
The supply range is tight at 3.15 V to 3.45 V, so the 3.3 V rail needs to be well-regulated — a 3.0 V or 2.5 V rail won't work without a local LDO.
