Clock fan-out with multi-protocol input flexibility
The LMK00101SQ/NOPB is a 3:10 fanout buffer that accepts HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, LVTTL, SSTL, or a crystal input and delivers LVCMOS/LVTTL outputs up to 200 MHz. That input list covers nearly every differential and single-ended clock source on a typical networking or instrumentation board, so you can drop it into the clock tree without adding a level translator. With a 3:10 input-to-output ratio, one of the three input banks can fan out to ten loads — enough to drive multiple PLLs, FPGAs, or ASICs from a single reference. The differential input path accepts LVDS or LVPECL, while the single-ended path handles LVCMOS or LVTTL levels; the crystal input lets you use a fundamental-mode quartz resonator directly.
The part operates from 2.375 V to 3.45 V, covering both 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without an external regulator.
