The LM75BIM-3/NOPB: Built-in features include an open-drain output switch that asserts when the temperature exceeds a programmable limit, a shutdown mode that drops quiescent current to near-zero, and a default OS polarity that matches most interrupt-driven supervisor inputs. The -55 °C to 125 °C operating temperature grade covers industrial and extended-industrial environments — the sensor itself can be placed on the hot side of a PCB near the heat source while the host controller stays at ambient.
