Product details

NRND status and sourcing reality

Texas Instruments lists the LM75BIM-3 as NRND (Not Recommended for New Designs).

Temperature sensing accuracy and range

The LM75BIM-3 is a digital local temperature sensor with a 9-bit resolution, outputting temperature data over an I²C bus.

Supply and interface

Operates from a 3V to 5.5V supply, compatible with common 3.3V and 5V I²C buses. The output switch, programmable limit, and shutdown mode features allow the sensor to assert an interrupt on a temperature threshold crossing and to enter a low-power state when not sampling.

Supplied in tube packaging.
