The LM358DR-JF is a dual general-purpose op-amp from Texas Instruments, built around the classic LM358 architecture. The 30 mA per-channel output can drive a headphone or a small relay coil, but the slew rate limits full-power bandwidth to roughly 10 kHz at 10 V swing.

Supply range and temperature — where it lives on the board

That 3 V floor means it works in 3.3 V systems, but the input common-mode range only goes to Vcc-1.5 V — at 3.3 V supply the inputs top out around 1.8 V, so watch your signal headroom. If your board sees -20°C or 85°C ambient, you need the industrial-grade LM358 variant.
