1A Buck LED Driver in TSOT-23-6
The LM3405AXMKE/NOPB: Switching at 1.6 MHz, it allows the use of small inductors and ceramic capacitors, keeping the total solution footprint compact for space-constrained lighting designs. The input supply range spans 3 V to 22 V, covering common automotive and industrial rails without an external pre-regulator.
PWM Dimming and Thermal Range
PWM dimming control is built in, letting the driver modulate LED brightness by varying the duty cycle of the enable signal — the 1.6 MHz switching rate keeps the dimming frequency well above audible range. Housed in a SOT-23-6 Thin (TSOT-23-6) surface-mount package, the supplier device package is the same TSOT-23-6 — the small footprint demands careful thermal layout but fits tight PCB real estate.
