Active single-supply op-amp in 14-SOIC
The LM10CWMX/NOPB is a general-purpose operational amplifier from Texas Instruments, supplied in a 14-SOIC surface-mount package on Tape & Reel. It draws 300 µA supply current and operates from a 1.1 V minimum to 40 V maximum supply span, suiting battery-powered or single-rail industrial designs where the same rail powers the op-amp and the sensor front-end. The commercial temperature range (0°C to 70°C) covers indoor bench and equipment environments; for extended-temperature builds, a different grade is needed.
Parametric fit for low-power signal chains
Input bias current is 12 nA typical — high enough that a 1 MΩ source resistor drops 12 mV across the bias path, so the source impedance should stay below 100 kΩ to keep offset predictable. Input offset voltage is 500 µV typical; for a gain of 100, the output offset contribution is 50 mV before any trimming. Single-circuit (1 op-amp per package) means a quad-channel board needs four devices; the 14-SOIC footprint is standard for automated pick-and-place.
Lifecycle and compliance
For BOM planning, this is a current-production part sourced through authorized and independent distribution; lead time and pricing are confirmed at RFQ against the line quantity.
