Six-channel capacitive isolator for mixed-voltage fieldbuses
When an IGBT switches off at several kV/µs, a weak isolator can latch or corrupt data. This part's CMTI rating is on par with good optocouplers and well above older capacitive or magnetic isolators — it keeps the data path clean through fast edge events.
If you need an automotive-grade version, the ISO6762QDWRQ1 is the same pinout and function but qualified to AEC-Q100 and offers 100kV/µs CMTI. For a design that requires all six channels in the same direction (6/0 input split), the ISO6760FDWR is the unidirectional sibling — same package, same speed, same isolation.
Integration note
The 16-SOIC wide-body package (7.50 mm body width) provides the creepage distance needed to maintain the 5000Vrms rating across the barrier. Mount it with standard surface-mount reflow; no special handling beyond normal ESD precautions. The unidirectional channel architecture means you cannot reverse a channel direction — plan the signal flow before layout.
