Six forward channels with a 5 kV reinforced barrier
The ISO6760LNDWR packs six unidirectional channels all driving from Side 1 to Side 2 — no reverse-direction path, so it fits designs where the isolated side only receives data (SPI, sensor readback, gate-drive commands). Capacitive coupling technology delivers 5000 Vrms isolation in a 16-SOIC wide-body package (7.50 mm width) — the same footprint used for reinforced isolation in motor-drive and industrial PSU applications. Data rate hits 50 Mbps with a typical rise/fall time of 2.6 ns and a max propagation delay of 20.5 ns — fast enough for isolated SPI buses up to 50 MHz and parallel data links where the timing budget is tight.
