The ISO6731DWR: Triple-channel digital isolator using capacitive coupling. Supports CAN, RS232, RS485, and SPI at 50 Mbps. Propagation delay is 18 ns max; pulse-width distortion is 7 ns max.

The ISO6742DWR also raises the minimum CMTI to 100 kV/µs, doubling the transient immunity margin for the same 50 Mbps data rate and 5000 Vrms isolation. If your application sees heavy common-mode transients — say, from IGBT switching — the higher CMTI gives extra noise margin without changing the package or supply voltage.
