Two-channel capacitive isolator for industrial signal isolation
It handles data rates up to 4 Mbps with a propagation delay of 140 ns max on the high-to-low transition and 15 ns on the low-to-high. The 25 kV/µs common-mode transient immunity keeps data intact when fast switching edges couple across the barrier — a requirement for motor-drive and inverter applications where the ground plane bounces. Both channels are on the output side (0/2 input-side count), so this part is meant for isolating signals that originate on the secondary side, not for bidirectional or transceiver-style isolation.
The 2500 Vrms isolation rating covers basic insulation. The 25 kV/µs CMTI keeps data intact in a VFD or motor-drive environment. The 4 Mbps data rate is fine for isolated SPI, UART, and GPIO isolation.
No isolated power is integrated.
