Single LVDS receiver in a 5-pin SOT-23
The DS90LV012ATMFX: It converts differential LVDS signals at up to 400 Mbps into a single-ended CMOS output, making it a straightforward building block for point-to-point data transmission over twisted-pair or PCB traces.
The 400 Mbps data rate is the receiver's maximum toggle speed. In practice, that translates to a 200 MHz clock frequency for double-data-rate schemes, or 400 MHz for single-data-rate. The short propagation delay — typically under 3 ns — keeps the timing budget intact for backplane or cable links up to a few metres.
