Single-axis Hall sensor with ±35 mT range and analog output
The DRV5053CAQLPGM is a single-axis Hall effect sensor from Texas Instruments that outputs an analog voltage proportional to the applied magnetic field. Its ±35 mT sensing range covers common linear position and current-sensing applications without needing a separate amplifier stage. The sensor runs from a 2.5 V to 38 V supply, so it can tap directly into a 5 V or 12 V automotive rail or an industrial 24 V bus — no extra regulator needed. With a 20 kHz bandwidth, it tracks fast-changing fields, making it a fit for motor commutation timing or high-speed rotary encoders.
