The DAC101S101CIMM is a 10-bit, single-channel, voltage-buffered DAC with a string-architecture core. Ten bits give you 1024 discrete output levels across the analog supply range — at a 3.3 V reference, each LSB step is about 3.2 mV.
SPI/DSP interface — connecting to your microcontroller
Data loads via a standard SPI or DSP-compatible serial interface. The 7.5 µs settling time means a full-scale step settles within that window, so the maximum update rate is around 133 kHz with the interface clocked well above that.
The output is rail-to-rail buffered, so the full-scale voltage equals the supply voltage.
Housed in an 8-lead VSSOP (MSOP-8) package, 3.00 mm body width. Surface-mount only — no through-hole option. The compact footprint suits dense mixed-signal boards where a small DAC sits near the microcontroller.
The part is RoHS non-compliant, so verify your assembly line's exemption or waver before committing.
